A campaign is aiming to launch a cultural melody to the peak of the festive singles chart. The campaign hopes to deliver assistance to communities in Gaza while also highlighting Palestinian cultural expression.

A Possibility for Unity and an "Surprise Victory"

Musician and artist Brian Eno, who features on the track, stated that the song titled Lullaby represents a opportunity to show solidarity with Palestinians during the holidays. He acknowledged the potential for an unexpected chart success.

“It would be incredible if that occurred, yes,” he stated. “I won't be completely let down if it doesn't manage to, Christmas singles are a category of their own.”

Resilient Spirit of Freedom and Dignity

Palestinian singer Nai Barghouti, who sings on the version of a cultural piece called Yamma Mwel El Hawa, explained the piece's resilient spirit.

The impressive roster of performers appearing on Lullaby encompasses a group of acclaimed names from the industry. All were part of the September show, which reportedly raised a substantial amount for relief efforts.

Creation and Launch

Lullaby was brought to life by a trio of producers and composers. The track features a fusion of the heritage language with new English lyrics.

The organizers behind the campaign have emphasized that their goal is to generate maximum funds for a charitable pot. These donations will be allocated to Palestinian causes through an established charity.

“We don’t have a fixed goal,” a figure explained. “We’ll go for as much as possible. Naturally, the higher the total, the greater the impact. All proceeds are directed out to Gaza.”

The reality in the area was noted for its extreme devastation, with a overwhelming percentage of buildings said to be levelled or seriously harmed.

“Against that backdrop, a few million doesn’t make a massive dent. But I think the significant factor is primarily making this cause better known and showing that another narrative exists.”

The single 'Lullaby' is set to be released on Friday. Additionally, a full recording of the charity concert will be made accessible to view on a digital service from later in the month.
